Cancellation Charge (Cancellation Policy)
Should you wish to cancel a reservation please send written notice to Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto and note that the following cancellation rates will apply.
(1) 30 days - 3 days prior to the program date: 20 % of the program fee
(2) 2 days of the day before the program date: 50 % of the program fee
(3) a day before the program date: 100 % of the program fee
Termination Fee
A termination Fee (in addition to the cancellation fee if there is any) will apply for the bookings cancelled anytime before the program date. 500 yen will be charged.
