4. Group leader’s name 5. Group leader’s nationality  6. With or without pick-up

IJCEE will reply and inform whether or not the program is available.

Please make full payment by one of the following methods:

(1) Payment by Shopping Cart

Pay easily and quickly using the button found on your preferred Experience page. You can find this function for each Program following the tour details.

(2) Payment by PayPal Email Payments (PayPal Invoicing)

*Please provide your e-mail address used when you pay with PayPal.
*IJCEE will notify Paypal of the program fee.
*Please pay the amount when you receive the invoice mail from PayPal.

(3)Payment by Bank Transfer

The program fee may be paid into the following bank account. (Please note that the bank transfer fee is the responsibility of the participant.)

Please come to the appointed meeting place on the program day with a proof of payment email or receipt copy. Our IJCEE staff will be waiting for you with a name-board.

Should you wish to cancel a reservation please send written notice to IJCEE and note that the following cancellation rates will apply.

(1) 3 days prior to the program date: 20 % of the program fee
(2) 2 days to noon (Japan Standard Time) of the day before the program date: 50 % of the program fee
(3) After 12pm (Japan Standard Time) of the day before the program date: 100 % of the program fee 

<Refund Fee>
A Refund Fee (in addition to the cancellation fee if there is any) will apply for paid bookings cancelled anytime before the program date. 1,000 yen will be deducted from the total amount paid by credit card or bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding.
